Onpace Local works with serial entrepreneurs and business owners.We provide early stage idea vetting, market research, business planning, and coalition building. We bring a little bit of technological savvy and a great deal of human ingenuity to developing sustainable business models for our clients.
Our newest offering is an applied innovation training program targeted at the potential intrapreneurs working in larger companies. We work with the executive team to identify an issue that can be solved by an interdepartmental team of employees. We then provide an in-depth training program that works to build empathy among the participants while they ideate, prototype, and test potential solutions. The best concepts are then selected for implementation. The participants are then able to return to their normal duties with new skills and new techniques to identify and solve issues that arise within their department.
As a Social Enterprise, a great deal of our effort is dedicated to making the community a better place. The employees mentor young entrepreneurs, participate in educational events, and volunteer in various capacities in community organizations. To learn more, please contact us.
